After waiting 1. 5 hours to get an oil change we were told they couldn't do it because of a bolt issue. They then rescheduled on us 2 times. Then they came to pick up 5 hours to get an oil change we were told they couldn't do it because of a bolt issue. They then rescheduled on us 2 times. Then they came to pick up the car from me and didn't work on it until 5 hours later. I never got an inspection video. Then they sent me a link to pay that didn't work. I sent 3 texts, called 3 times and finally got someone to respond. I needed to leave the house (7 hours after they took the car) and couldn't pay and needed the car back. Finally I received it back. We wasted WAY too much time trying to get a simple oil change on a common car. Not happy. More
