Communication between the service department with me was lacking. Had scheduled my appointment for my drivers side door lock repair as well as an interior detailing. When I arrived for my appointment they only had me down for the lock repair. They were able to do the interior detailing as well but it was frustrating that they didn’t schedule the appointment correctly in the first place. The next day I asked around 1pm if the service was completed and if I could pick up my car yet, they let me know it was. They should’ve called me as soon as it was ready instead of me needing to go out of my way to find out. The interior mirrors of my car were not cleaned and the trunk looks like it was cleaned at all either for the detailing. Last year I had asked about getting my drivers side door lock repaired and they said they didn’t have the part in and that the part was back ordered but they would call me when it came in. No one ever called me in that year to let me know it had come in. I had an oil change appointment last week and asked once again if it was in stock and it was. Your dealership is losing out on potential business because they’re not following up with people. More
