Once i got my service scheduled my experience was great. Unfortunately it literally took me 4 phone calls to get someone who could answer my questions. I paid for an extended warranty buy no one could find Unfortunately it literally took me 4 phone calls to get someone who could answer my questions. I paid for an extended warranty buy no one could find any evidence of it until I finally got through to a manager. My service advisor Travis did a great job of keeping me in the loop on what my repairs would be and when things would be completed. This could have potentially been a 1 star review had my experience with the service advisor been subpar. Ill likely return to the dealership based on Travis’s performance. More

Debbie is one of the best sales person I have ever worked with I have nothing but great things to say about Debbie thank you for the great sales experience!! But after sales and the service department are a lacking I work in this industry and the service department acts like you are a inconvenience to them and if your trying to get anything under warranty it’s like pulling teeth or they just say it’s normal or any other excuse not to do the work or cover it.. I had to call Toyota corp to get anything done so in conclusion you make your own customers do foot work to get there own cars fixed… would you want to come back? If nothing changes you can be sure I won’t be doing any more business with your dealer… More
