I have owned 7 Toyota’s and have had 4 of them serviced at Toyota of DSM. I have always received great service. I appreciate that the service department has never tried to “oversell” products or services n at Toyota of DSM. I have always received great service. Only complaint was the shuttle service. Scanned qr code, however there wasn’t very good instructions on where to go for the driver etc. original pick up was 740 and then was moved to 830.
