Wish the service dept wouldn't try to upcharge ridiculous labor charges for cabin filter which literally takes second to change and after you have already dug through my glove box to take out. I have asked several times for you to establish other dealers in other towns as a satellite offices so I don't have to drive an hour the maintenance. I have always been impressed with this dealership but was disappointed in a couple things in this service. The service dept couldn't replicate it, and so I still have the problem. I am pretty sure the problem is the hydraulic device on the right side. That is where the noise is coming from. Also, I was told that $34.95 was charged to my card, but the actual amount was $41.88. I called the billing department and she said that I was only charged $34.95. I found an item on the 2nd page for $4.19 with fine print saying it was for shop supplies. They only rotated my tires. What materials could be have been used for that service? More
