Very helpful , the other Toyota dealership in Ottumwa said they couldn’t do the work on my car so I drove to Grimes .The man that helped me got a wrench and did some tightening and 10 seconds it was done said they couldn’t do the work on my car so I drove to Grimes .The man that helped me got a wrench and did some tightening and 10 seconds it was done !!
