I entered your maintenance department unannounced while traveling with many warning dash lights flashing, including the engine light. Two hours later, after close inspection and running through the diagnostics, it was determined that there was a glitch in my computer warning lights, and when reset, there was actually not a problem. After your technician took a test drive, I was ready to head on down the road and home to Topeka. I stood speechless when I was told there was “no charge”. I almost started crying on the spot. I returned home safely, and escaped the predicted snow for Des Moines. I highly recommend your service department for their nonjudgmental attitude, kindness and patience.
