Told the service writer I had concerns regarding my vehicle that I wanted looked at. My brakes are squeaking and there is a rattle in my back hatch and the trim is loose. The service writer immediately gave me a blow off response regarding the breaks. Watched the inspection video, which neither concern showed being looked at. Service write came to tell me my vehicle was done and said nothing about the concerns I mentioned. I pushed regarding them and was told they didn't find anything during the inspection. Having watched the video I pushed back again. I was told they could take a look at it. Less than 5 minutes later he was back. When I asked what was found I was told that they couldn't spend anymore time on it that day and I was going to need to schedule another appt. Went with the Service Writer and another gentleman looked at it and said the trim was looser on that side but replacing it wouldn't necessarily fix the issue and the rattle is a separate issue even though it is coming from inside the trim. Basically was told warranty might not cover it. The vehicle is 7 months old with 10,000 miles and in perfect shape!!! That is ridiculous. Finally scheduled another appt. That Service Writer was great and agreed the two probably are related. Looked at my paperwork when I got home and found none of my concerns were even on it for a tech to look at them. The Service Writer completely blow my concerns off. Very disappointed with the customer service I received. My husband is a mechanic, so I am not dumb about cars by any means. More
I don’t live in Iowa but when I travel I make it a point to get my vehicle serviced at this location because I felt like they do a good job and care. However, my feelings have changed based on my last two to get my vehicle serviced at this location because I felt like they do a good job and care. However, my feelings have changed based on my last two visits. The customer service has dropped off and now I have to question their vehicle service. When I arrived just for a scheduled oil change and tire rotation I had zero problems with my tires, in fact I just had them replaced in August. When my service was completed I was told that my tire sensor was broken. When I asked what had happened in the 45 min I was there I was told “I don’t know, it’s not working and we will put a new one in for $250.” I refused and asked to speak to the service center manager. Another person came out and got in my car and tried resetting the sensor. He then told me he needed to drive it and left. When he returned, I assumed he was the manager but never confirmed. He never introduced himself. He asked how long I’ve had the problem. I explained that I never had the problem until this very moment. He then said “I should be grateful because he put it on the machine to check and that usually takes a long time.” When I asked how it got broken while I was waiting he said “I don’t know should we go ahead and replace it” I declined and asked him to please document all of this in my file with the service center. The irony was while I was talking to this person two other people were having similar conversations about a problem they didn’t have when they arrived but now are being told it will cost them to be fixed. And similar to my conversation both of the other service employees keep answering the customers questions with “I don’t know”. The last thing I said to the person assisting me was “I know you don’t care if I come back, but please document this in my file” he said nothing. And that’s truly how I feel about this and other service centers in general, they are busy enough and could careless if you come back. More

Manager Brock is an absolute crook who doesn't care one bit about his customers nor what they have to say - the only thing he knows how to say is "I'm sorry you feel that way!" Ian is an absolute liar who lied that I approved any work to be done besides the diagnosis, for which I had to pay for. Needless to say, I've had THE MOST uncomfortable and unpleasant experience in my entire life from dealing with these two men. I've even called multiple the dealership times asking to talk to other managers and I was told I'd be contacted and not a single person ever contacted me. I've even exchanged information with a person over the chat, and still nothing! I've even called and asked to speak with the GM to inform him of this situation and was only told he was unavailable. I asked for his email and was told they cannot give me his email. I asked to speak to anyone but Brock, and no one ever called me back. Therefore, due to my entire experience with this dealership, I wish I could rate both your service and customer departments a negative 5 stars. Sad to say, I bet that no one will read this, and worse yet, even if anyone does, not a single person will contact me to rectify my experience! I bought 3 brand new Toyota's from this dealership, and this is how get treated. This dealership is an embarrassment and a disgrace to anyone honest who works there! I paid you $500 for NOTHING, and you told me the problem was gone! More
