Always working for his customers Jeff Williams was amazingly helpful and polite and not what you would expect of a salesman. He was down to earth and straight forward which is much appreciated, at least for myself. I had to go back and forth making appointments with him because we are a military family and the schedule is constantly changing, and we were coming in from out of town. He never once acted like it was a problem or that he was getting annoyed with our changes. We had made an appointment and then were unable to make the exact time and showed up late. He had 3 customers at once and even though we had to wait he kept checking on us to make sure we were good and to let us know what was going on. We ended up making an appointment for the next day in hopes that it would be easier on HIM! He was running around so much you could really see he was hustling for his customers, all 3 of them! During our scheduled appointment though he was committed to helping us completely and we never felt like we were being rushed, the day prior none of the 3 he was helping had made their appointment time and we had all shown up right about the same time so it made it difficult for him I’m sure; yet he always had a smile to offer. If you are in the market for a Toyota Jeff is definitely the salesman you want, he’ll bend over backwards for you to help you out and will do it while staying cheerful and not once seeming annoyed! One of the best experiences I’ve ever had with a car salesman. More

EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE I was looking for a used vehicle one to two years old coming off a lease utilizing the Costco Auto Program. Beware of Service Department! I brought my 2018 Camry in on a Tuesday and was told to bring back on Thursday by Joe that Steve was gonna somehow get my roof fixed under my extended I brought my 2018 Camry in on a Tuesday and was told to bring back on Thursday by Joe that Steve was gonna somehow get my roof fixed under my extended warranty. I bring my car in on Thursday and when they're finished I get hit with a $483 bill that I had to pay to get my car back. The problem is back and my 483 is gone and the $1650 extended warranty I purchased is not worth crap. More

First Visit I recently went in for my first oil change at Toyota of Cool Springs. I moved here almost a year ago from MO where I worked at a Toyota Dealership. Th I recently went in for my first oil change at Toyota of Cool Springs. I moved here almost a year ago from MO where I worked at a Toyota Dealership. The service department was clean and the staff were friendly. Due to how busy they were, I was going to have a little bit of a wait ahead of me. They didn't pretend it was going to be immediate and made me aware of a realistic wait time (which I appreciated!). The service took less time than they had anticipated, and it was a smooth process. Plus, they even detailed the exterior of the car which is something my old dealership didn't do for service customers! That was definitely a nice surprise! Everyone was friendly, but my Service Advisor, Chris Wilson was a fantastic guy! He was friendly, efficient, and effective! The Service Manager Jordan Schenk introduced himself to me as well. He was also extremely friendly and that helped make it feel like an extremely welcoming atmosphere. My wife and I will be bringing our vehicles to Toyota of Cool Springs going forward for all of our vehicular maintenance and repair needs, and Chris Wilson will definitely be our go to guy! More
