I found Toyota of Cool Springs, and made an appointment I recently moved from Maryland, and needed to find a Toyota dealership close to Franklin, TN. I found Toyota of Cool Springs, and made an appointment for the first 6 month service on our 2018 Rav 4. I arrived at the time of the appointment, and was immediately greeted by Joe Fazio. Joe introduced himself, and we discussed the reason for my appointment. Joe then showed me the extremely well appointed waiting areas. The service on our car was completed in about a half hour. The entire experience was very professional and timely, and I found Joe to be a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend this Dealership. More
