Never again Our dream car has always been a Toyota 4Runner. That dream became a reality last month...which quickly turned into a nightmare when the engine stopped Our dream car has always been a Toyota 4Runner. That dream became a reality last month...which quickly turned into a nightmare when the engine stopped working...while I was driving our boys on the interstate...going 75mph. Thank goodness we didn’t crash. We had only paid our first car payment and the engine was trashed... To make matters worse, it sat at Toyota for 5 weeks and was “repaired” without our consent. As much as we loved her, “Flora the 4Runna” was a lemon and we just wanted our money back. Toyota of Cool Springs, YOU REALLY DISAPPOINTED. You had a chance to step up and help us with a trade-in. But no, you chose the exact opposite. And for that, you have forever lost us as customers. Thank you, Murfreesboro Nissan, for your excellent service. Nissan Armada here we come! More

You Made It Easy! I was in the market to purchase a new vehicle because the Corolla I had driven for seventeen years was totaled in a collision. I was apprehensive bec I was in the market to purchase a new vehicle because the Corolla I had driven for seventeen years was totaled in a collision. I was apprehensive because I had not had a car note in over 10 years and knew the cost of many things had gone up. I approached the dealership with the mindset that I needed another Toyota because of its dependability and low cost maintenance. I had spoken with Celeste Hunter and when I came in she had the evening off. J.B. Avery III was the salesman that came to me to ask if I needed assistance with anything? I said... "Yes, I was looking for Ms. Hunter." He informed that she was off for the evening, but he would be happy to assist me in whatever I was looking for. I did not have any intention on purchasing.... I was just looking around because I would have more time on Friday. I ended up test driving a Camry and then decided on purchasing the VW CC. I came in on Friday to get paper work on Marta and I got the opportunity to meet Celeste Hunter. She said they worked as a team and J.B. Avery had told her about the sale. She as happy for me. What a dream come true for me!!! The whole experience was great from beginning to end. I was not pressured nor rushed to close the deal. Everyone in the dealership seemed to be assisting me in getting my insurance information, employment, and qualifying papers I needed to close the deal. When Mr. Avery came back to the waiting area dangling two beautiful set of keys to my new car...I said....."What!!!!!" It was amazing. Thank you for the team work and the excellent manner in which you have trained your team. The luxury and dependability of your vehicles match the dependability and reliability of your staff members. Best car buying experience I've ever had I drove 3 hrs to this dealership because they had the vehicle I wanted. Thanks to salesman JB Avery he made everything go smoothly.
