Jeff Williams is Excellent!! It was such a pleasure I working in buying a RAV4. I was actually out of town and needed a car because I was having so much trouble wit my Honda van a It was such a pleasure I working in buying a RAV4. I was actually out of town and needed a car because I was having so much trouble wit my Honda van and had been using a rental car for almost a month. My husband working with Jeff but was unsure what car I was ultimately interested. Jeff was so patient with us. What really made me realize we were dealing with someone that was just straight out exceeded all expectations was when he went out on a Thanksgiving EVENING - it was raining! - to switch a hold from one RAV4 to another just because I liked the color better ....do I need to say more - no that’s service. When I finally met him I apologized for him having to go out on Thanksgiving and he just made like it was absolutely nothing. I was so thankful for his effort which allowed us to er a Black Friday deal for the exact car I wanted. I really can’t say enough - thanks Jeff! More
