He showed me every variety of 4Runner on the lot, helped me pick a set of wheels/tires, helped me decide on a lift kit for the 4Runner, and then had a great/competitive back and forth with me haggling over price. The price was my biggest sticking point, but he stayed with me for about two hours and convinced me it was totally worth it. I just picked up the car tonight and he was right—love the 4Runner. The same day I bought the car, I actually went to Nashville Toyota North in Rivergate first, then to Beaman Toyota downtown, then finally to Cool Springs. The prices were comparable at all three, but something about the Cool Springs visit was just right for me. I’ll be back to Cool Springs for future vehicles, and Mr. Edmonson is the reason. I also don’t usually do these types of surveys unless they’re accurate—I really mean the five stars I’m putting down at the bottom of this survey. Tremendous guy. More

I had a fantastic experience with that new car purchase and my expectations were met with this used car purchase. Very professional dealership with dedicated employees. This is a very professional and well run dealership with dedicated and gracious staff. The waiting area is filled with luxurious and comfortable seat This is a very professional and well run dealership with dedicated and gracious staff. The waiting area is filled with luxurious and comfortable seating the likes of which I have not seen in Lincoln, Cadillac, and even Jaguar and Mercedes dealerships. And, in contrast to the latter two manufacturers, Toyota of Cool Springs is completely without the pretense. My salesman Jim Gile is totally professional, likeable, and a veteran of this dealership with 16 years of solid experience. His product knowledge especially impressed me because with having purchased more than two dozen new cars in the past, I have encountered all sorts of sales people, some good and some quite inept. Jim quickly realized that I was not interested in playing games with numbers and immediately located exactly what I was interested in at a Kentucky dealership 230 miles away and offered a purchase price on this 2019 Toyota 4-Runner Limited which virtually eliminated any desire on my part to shop further. The result was a quick and enjoyable sales experience. That's professionalism! More

Frederick was available to take care of us and answer our questions even on his days off. He patiently provided me with information and pricing for several different cars from several different places when I couldn't make up my mind what I wanted and kept sending him links to vehicles from all over the country. He worked with us to ensure I got exactly what I wanted in the color and interior (Redwood!) I wanted at the price we needed. When the one I wanted sold before I could put the deposit down, Frederick found one for me elsewhere and had it brought in. Customer Service was spot on! I would highly recommend going to see Frederick if you're in the market for a Toyota! More

Shockingly Rude. Go anywhere else. We went to look at and hopefully buy a new car and was met with “who are you here for?” No welcome no how can we help. Then when we asked to see a car We went to look at and hopefully buy a new car and was met with “who are you here for?” No welcome no how can we help. Then when we asked to see a car there was an eye roll and lie about not being available- we had called to make sure it was prior to long drive- then he admitted we could see it. Begrudgingly took us to see but he would not turn on and basically told us it was no different than last years model so we should just get that. I have never been so shocked or wanted to deal with anyone less! We went down the street to another dealer and were greeted with friendly people who actually wanted to help- needless to say I was excited about the new rav 4(2019) but according to Toyota “is no different than last year” and they do not want to sell them— go ANYWHERE else- there are 3 other Toyota dealers even in 25 miles radius so... 1 star only because could not give less More
