Good Experience Addressed My Concerns Two weeks ago I purchased a 2016 Rav4 from this dealership. This was the third car I purchased here in the past 8 years, and I have always had all my Two weeks ago I purchased a 2016 Rav4 from this dealership. This was the third car I purchased here in the past 8 years, and I have always had all my scheduled maintenance and service work performed here. My experience has always been good in the past but this purchase presented a few challenges. The price negotiation was a little more contentious with this purchase than in the prior two but in the end, I was happy with the final price we negotiated. Following the purchase, I had a few concerns that once I made the dealership aware of them, and with the help of April, my salesperson, they were promptly addressed. I will continue to use this dealership for service and purchases in the future. More
