He was very courteous, friendly and explained to me exactly what my car needed, even though I was just there for an oil change. He was not pushy when I told him my budget BUT BECAUSE he was not pushy I went ahead and decided to let him do one of the recommended services! This is what I look for in an excellent Service Advisor! He made me feel very welcome and I hope he will be my Service Advisor, the next time I come in! Great Job John! More
