I waited much longer than promised to receive the car that I ordered, and ended up purchasing a more expensive car than what I ordered because what I ordered never came. It was up to me to call and chec that I ordered, and ended up purchasing a more expensive car than what I ordered because what I ordered never came. It was up to me to call and check on my car every month or two, when I was told shipments should be coming every couple of weeks. Toyota was usually responsive when I called, but was not proactive in communicating. Carlton took over helping me at purchase time and was easy to work with. More

Alan was a great help in getting my new car, we came in without knowing what we wanted to do. Just needing to test drive cars and get a new car for me as my old one needed to be replaced. Jeff helped me order and purchase my 2024 Grand Highlander Hybrid. We began the process back in October, and Jeff was attentive, knowledgeable, and thorough throughout the process. When my vehicle was available, he walked me through my options and pricing, giving me great advice along the way. Finally, the purchase transaction was smooth, he got all my questions answered, and took the time to get me set up with my vehicle before leaving the dealership.
