I worked with Jim Gile a couple of years ago and purchase a new Toyota, had a great experience. Our recent communication was in response to a letter for a trade in on my pervious purchase. Not recommended at all, They are charging 3-5 k more than the MSRP and looting people. I just went there to take a look around and did not shop around other dealerships they somehow convinced me to buy the v the MSRP and looting people. I just went there to take a look around and did not shop around other dealerships they somehow convinced me to buy the vehicle for 3k more than MSRP saying me this is how the market is and I blindly believe there words , I brought a base model which I did not like and they refused to exchange with in 3 days which they say is there policy but they won’t exchange and when I was shopping car for my cousin I came to know that the other Toyota dealerships in Nashville like Beeman Toyota is not charging any MARKET ASJUSTMENT PRICE , will never buy form them again lesson learned More

I worked with Victor at Toyota of Cool Springs. I have only ever purchased used vehicles, so this was my first experience buying a new car.
