Excellent experience ALWAYS. Everything was excellent except the technician forgot to wipe the excess oil that drained out of the engine off of the truck where it had collected a Everything was excellent except the technician forgot to wipe the excess oil that drained out of the engine off of the truck where it had collected a little and it went onto the exhaust and engine making the truck smell and it dropped onto the cement in my garage staining it. Not a big problem, but that is why they did not get 5 stars. More

best service!!! my husband is an accountant, knows very little about car repairs or needs. On memorial day, the radiator sprang a leak on his RAV4. (as you can tell I my husband is an accountant, knows very little about car repairs or needs. On memorial day, the radiator sprang a leak on his RAV4. (as you can tell I am not car suave either!) the car was "parked"! I encouraged him to drive to the Toyota dealership to find out what he needed and what to do. It was close to their closing time, so I told him to hurry and get there. He was not happy, and I felt sorry for whomever waited on him!!! As it turned out, he ended up speaking with a young man named Dillon. When my husband came home, I cringed as he came through the door, prepared to hear the horror story of what he had to do and the poor soul who tried to help him. To my shock, he came in, and told me about a wonderful guy named Dillon- who went through the process step by step of what part he needed, how to fix it, what to do, and encouraged him with words of "you can do it"... He ordered the part for him and assured him that the part would be there promptly. My story doesn't end there.. Dillon, on this memorial holiday, was supposed to get to a cookout. But, to insure, my UNSURE husband was comfortable, Dillon did NOT go to the cookout on time, was late, because he could see my husbands confusion. Dillon didn't complain, roll his eyes, or treat my husband like the auto repair guy he isn't! he treated him with respect and patience. He stayed over after closing, just to make sure he was satisfied. How often does that happen? wow. I was so impressed, I wanted to let everyone know what kind of service you will get from this dealership! wives, no need to worry, send your husband there for help and they will come back thinking they can repair any car around!!! thank you Dillon, because of you, after the part came in, He actually did the repair himself!!! More
