Good Experience for Service at Toyota of Cleveland Very satisfied with the entire process of recent torque converter replacement on our 2013 Toyota Camry. Although very disappointed with the poor desig Very satisfied with the entire process of recent torque converter replacement on our 2013 Toyota Camry. Although very disappointed with the poor design by Toyota of this transmission part, I was treated very well from beginning to end with the service department. My initial call to Tom Trout to discuss the issue was professional, friendly and courteous. The appointment he made for me to come in and have the issue evaluated went well and Anthony Durbin took his time in explaining the problem and how it would be handled under the Warranty Extension Program by Toyota. He ordered the replacement parts and set up another appointment to make the repair. Anthony explained that it should take about a half day or possibly just a little longer. The day of the repair they immediately took the car to the service area. During the time of the repair I was "checked on" by different members of the team to see if I needed anything, (drinks, snacks, etc.). Anthony came back with an update and just slightly over four hours the job was finished and I was on my way. Great people to deal with for service and repairs. More

Excellent customer service I brought my car in for a scheduled oil change. I always sit in the lobby and wait for it to be finished. There were other drinks available, as well as popcorn and snacks. The WiFi was greatly appreciated. But imagine my surprise when I got a tap on the shoulder and was asked by a young lady if I would like a complimentary chair massage! She did a great job and I thoroughly enjoyed my wait time. More

Over the top I wish medical doctors were all as caring, efficient, honest, communicative and persistent as the customer service/repair department at Toyota of Clev I wish medical doctors were all as caring, efficient, honest, communicative and persistent as the customer service/repair department at Toyota of Cleveland! They pushed through several "clean" diagnostic sessions until their ingenuity finally got to the bottom of my old Camry's failure to start. They also alerted me to a number of issues that needed help after years of neglect (due to past financial hardship). My 20-year-old baby purrs like a kitten now, and performs great on the highway. Peace of mind at last for this independent senior lady! I trust you guys will easily help me get a safe 75K miles out it yet; but when it's time for a change I plan to come back! More
