He made the process painless by being patient and was in-tune with my wants/needs in an automobile. I went looking for another SUV...but didn't find one that quite fit my wishes, after a few test drives he helped me choose the car I purchased simply because he listened to what I said when explaining what I like. I miss my little truck (SUV) but this car will have my heart very soon. The Finance fellow Lee was great too, he offered the extra's but applied no pressure...and because he made it easy to understand the extra's and what the added cost would be...I added a few of them for the extra protection comfort. Great People to deal with! I have been looking at a Toyota Tacoma for the past year and a half. I talked to Juanita Smith by email and text from the dealership and told her wh I have been looking at a Toyota Tacoma for the past year and a half. I talked to Juanita Smith by email and text from the dealership and told her what I was looking for and she sent me some info and gave me details on the vehicles they had. She took the time to get me all the information I needed and asked if I had questions. We came into the dealership and met Mike Davis and he let us test drive my Tacoma that I was interested in. He was very helpful and we appreciated how nice he was. After I made my purchase Mike got in the truck with me and explained all the bells and whistles so to speak and showed me everything I needed to know. I left the dealership absolutely Tickled To Death with my 2014 Toyota Tacoma...and I wouldnt dream of dealing with any other dealership...(regardless how close to home they were)...Toyota of Cleveland is Absolutely Worth The Drive!!!!
