It's very rare to find a company that truly cares about their customers but its not the company that can take the credit, its the employees but then again they are the company. 1. GREG BAIN... 100% (My salesman). In all my years involved in management as National Sales Manager for a Nationwide Sales Company, you will not find a more down to earth sales person and having hired hundreds of salesman believe me I know what makes a good salesman, he knows his business and above all he is honest. 2 . JOEY ABDULLAH (Manager of the sales department.) very high energy person, a really "Can Do" guy. very easy to work with, you will not have a more professional manager help you . It is very important to have people like this that you can count on to take good care of you. 3. TOM TROUT (Head of the service department) "Extremely helpful" and just a heck of a nice guy, if you are like me and like knowing that a service department is efficiently run, and is on top of things when it comes to managing and hiring service technicians that are making customers happy, then its Tom you want. 4 ZACH ROARK (Service Technician ) Great guy & Very efficient, personable and lends himself to making sure your taken care of and makes sure all your needs are met, you will leave your car with him and have confidence that it is in good hands. 5. Knowlegeable and Courteous Employees Since I purchased an 2002 Avalon from Toyota of Cleveland, my husband and I decided to stop by during the Labor Day weekend. He was in need of a new v Since I purchased an 2002 Avalon from Toyota of Cleveland, my husband and I decided to stop by during the Labor Day weekend. He was in need of a new vehicle. We met Mr. Tommy Shackelford and he was very knowledgeable and courteous. He was on point with answers to our questions of the dealership inventory . We didn't purchase that weekend but returned the following weekend. We had already decided on the new car to purchase. As Tommy and my husband were talking about other vehicles we were thinking about purchasing, Tommy told my husband about a used car which would suit him. My husband purchased both vehicles. Mr. Alfred Polk did an outstanding job in explaining the financial packages as well as the warranties that were available. Mr. Joey Abdullah checked out the 2002 Avalon and was courteous, too. Oh yeah, by the way the 2002 Avalon had 452,000 miles. Also, we had a 2000 Camry, my Christmas present which we drove until the final mileage on it was ~500,000 miles. My husband purchased a 2015 Avalon for our anniversary. I guess you can say "We are a Toyota Family". (smile) We will tell our friends and family about our experience with Toyota of Cleveland. I highly recommend Toyota of Cleveland. I liked ringing the bell as we exited the dealership. (smile) Thanks for the appreciation gifts and our experience with Toyota of Cleveland. More

Terrific in all areas from sales to service. Brought my Tundra in for routine service and bought a RAV4 Hybrid while there. No pressure or hassle, just great people to deal with. Great experience from repair to sales. I took my car in for repairs everyone was very courteous and informative from start to finish. While waiting on my repairs I spoke with Don Roberts I took my car in for repairs everyone was very courteous and informative from start to finish. While waiting on my repairs I spoke with Don Roberts about the 1997 Rave 4 sport that I had been looking at for almost a year. Purchasing it just seemed out of reach for me. Mr. Roberts explained in detail the lease program. He then took the time to see what my payment would be per month if I chose to go that way. Working with him I managed to get the car I had been looking at for almost a year. My experience with my car repair and the purchase (lease) was one of the best I have ever had. More
