Great Experience My experience overall was good! From the test drive, selection and purchase process. The sales team were on it! These guys do the job, work to ensur My experience overall was good! From the test drive, selection and purchase process. The sales team were on it! These guys do the job, work to ensure you're satisfied and move you along to the final step. The only challenge that I faced was getting out the door with the finance team once I had completed my process. I financed independently through my financial institution, so I was only bringing a check and signing paperwork. There should be a person available to handle that simple process alone and others who handle the detailed process of customers financing with Toyota of Cleveland. These two processes take different amounts of time. I waited an hour, just to be seen, hand over a check and sign paperwork, spending about 15 minutes. If I didn't want my car so bad, the process the Sales team went through would have been wasted due to the inefficiencies in the process. Once I met with someone, he was super nice, efficient, professional and worked to get me out of there, but getting to that point takes way too long. More
