Toyota of Braintree

My visit to Toyota of Braintree was to test drive a Camry Hybrid SE. I had test drove a 2014 XLE "Limited Availability" version at another dealership I had dealt with for years and was impressed with the v Hybrid SE. Unfortunately it had $2,000 worth of options that I most likely would never use. After much vehicle research between 2014 and 2014.5 Camry Hybrid's and searching inventory at Toyota.com it appeared that the vehicle I wanted wasn't available. At the DealerRater.com website I visited the Toyota of Braintree website again and looking at inventory I noticed a new SE "Limited Availability" version of the Camry Hybrid with some of the options I was interested in. I emailed a quote request and Jasmine Brown replied in short order and she also emailed me the spec sheets on the vehicle. We set up an appointment and I met her and Natache Alexandre, a sales consultant who was to handle my visit and test drive. Both ladies are very pleasant, patient, knowledgeable and professional. After the test drive I decided I still preferred the XLE and would wait. Natache went off to check inventory and availability for a 2014.5 XLE with the options I wanted. She returned with the Sales Manager, Bob Keough who surprisingly had located at another dealership the exact vehicle I was looking for. Since I had the numbers from my other dealer and knew what I wanted to pay; we hammered out a deal and I bought the car. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone in search of purchasing a vehicle and would like to thank Jasmine, Natache and Bob for their effort and a job well done. Bob Lucas More

I just bought my second new Toyota Camry from Tufankjian - again I feel I got a great deal and everything I needed. Considering the quality of the Camry, I know I got a great price. This time Socrates was - again I feel I got a great deal and everything I needed. Considering the quality of the Camry, I know I got a great price. This time Socrates was my salesperson, and he did a great job showing me all the options, including the Camry hybrid (too bad the hybrid comes in such awful colors). Socrates got us past the obstacle of the snow tires and the side moulding, yay! Don't know how you did it but you made it work. I didn't even expect to get anything but a price on my trade in. It says a lot for the dealership and the salespeople that I left with a new car! And there was no pressure and I was not "sold" a deal I would regret later. I would definitely recommend Socrates and Tufankjian to my friends (actually I already have!) More

I am submitting one of the highest ratings for this dealership based on my recent purchase of a Toyota Highlander. Everyone working at this dealership was incredibly professional, courteous and nothin dealership based on my recent purchase of a Toyota Highlander. Everyone working at this dealership was incredibly professional, courteous and nothing but helpful...especially Ed Hayes and his manager Bob Keogh. Other dealerships should learn from this that it's all about making the experience as professionally accommodating and painless for the end customer and hey, a sense of humor can go a long way in making the car buying experience much more pleasurable than many have experienced in the past. The entire process was very done very quickly and as I was going to leave, it was detected that the battery seemed somewhat weak. With not an eyebrow raised from me, the battery was replaced with a brand-new battery and I was on my way in 30 minutes. Thanks guys! Stellar! John Cardarelli More
