I had been unhappy with the factory equipment and was seriously considering going with Chevy, Ford or Nissan. I had appointments at all three places. I knew that I wanted another compact SUV but it didn't have to be a Toyota. I also knew that I was going to need another car for my daughter in the coming months. Ruben Bourguignon kept me as a Toyota customer by finding a way to meet me in middle but what sealed the decision for me was that when I was speaking to another associate, Ruben took the time to talk with my son(not driving age) about a classical music preset he had wanted and encourage him to be himself.
