The whole process only took a couple of hours and I was driving out of there with my newly insured, newly registered car. Everyone at the dealership was polite and friendly but Carlos stood out. In my opinion he went above and beyond what was expected. He walked me threw everything on the car all the buttons and even programmed my phone into the car's radio system. He was running back and forth solving all the little problems that pop up, but always came back to update me on the status. I can't say it enough, this guy was great and the dealership was great. It was like getting in a time machine to 20 years ago when people still cared and customer service still meant something. Carlos and Toyota of Braintree, have a customer for life. More
