Where do I begin, I was on the market for a new vehicle. I wasn’t sure what I wanted initially and had visited a Toyota in Pharr Texas and Lexus dealership prior to visiting Toyota of Boerne online. I was greeted like everybody else at the first two dealerships and I explained what it was I wanted but it seemed like no one was listening to me. I was beginning to lose hope in buying a new vehicle. I was trying to explain to the salesman’s what I was looking for in a vehicle but it didn’t seem to work. I had seen a truck at Toyota of Boerne online and requested a quote. Lorenzo reached out to me quickly the next day. He never interrupted and listened the entire time then gave me his input in things. He did everything possible to make sure I got the vehicle I wanted which was also my dream truck. He made sure I got the vehicle I was specifically asking for. So I HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND this dealership. By far the best one I’ve ever been to and they treat their clients like family, literally. Lorenzo went completely out of his way to get this done for me and I can’t thank him enough. I can honestly say this is a dream come true and it’s all because of him. So I just want to thank Lorenzo and all the people at Toyota of Boerne for being kind. I drove 4 hours to Boerne and 4 hours back home on the same day because of the care they gave me and it was WORTH IT. Everyone was pleasant in person as well. So thank you again. More
