We made an appointment with Deven Strickland on the phone while inquiring about a car. He was super helpful. We were a little late and he was already with other customers when we got there. I kept in contact with Jared of Toyota Boerne while I was doing MY OWN Vehicle Financing, AND the Auto Insurance (making sure the VIN Number matched when vehicle arrived) for proper Documentation / Record Recording / proper Requirements by law when driving off from the dealership. Once the vehicle arrived, Jared of Toyota Boerne and myself set up a date / time to complete all the necessary paperwork. Even the Timing to Transfer the Trade-In / Finance Check was COORDINATED so that my Significant other (Spouse) could leave work – Sign the necessary paperwork, and return back to work. If YOU – THE BUYER HAVE YOUR SH%$ TOGETHER, ALONG WITH A Sales Person who known’s what they are doing, the Process of buying a New Vehicle every 12 YEARS is not that difficult. Just take care of Vehicle and do regular maintenance and you too can get 12 years out of your Vehicle ……. One example would be change your oil – oil filter every 3000 ( YES YOU READ THIS CORRECTLY - Religiously), air filter once a year or more, tune ups, plus more ….. YOU GET WHAT YOU PUT INTO IT GUYS.
