Had a 11:20 am appointment for oil change and tire rotation.. took 2 hrs and 30 min to complete… seems a little long. Brought my car in there pinpointing exactly what was wrong they sold me a $250 service that didn't fix the problem I was describing I took it straight back to them they had the car for almost 2 days and wrong they sold me a $250 service that didn't fix the problem I was describing I took it straight back to them they had the car for almost 2 days and charged me an additional $75 to tell me nothing was wrong. The problem still persisted and the month later at a different dealership they noticed that the transmission mount was broken( which was one of the primary things of the problem I told them about in the first place) Since I took it to a different place I have tried to get a hold of a service manager there for now 7 days I've left three messages with a request for a phone call and they have completely ignored me... highly unprofessional would not recommend More
