just had the worst experience in your dealership. I went early this morning to check a truck that I had applied for last night. The salesman told me they had sold it, but gave me three different opti I went early this morning to check a truck that I had applied for last night. The salesman told me they had sold it, but gave me three different options out of those three different options. I chose a Ford F150 and we went ahead and proceeded with the application and all of the information he requested we spend it hours going back-and-forth with the numbers I had to get in touch with my accountant just to see if instead of giving a trade I should be more cash. My accountant told me to offer $1000 more that’s the maximum I could get out from my cash. I told the salesman that I was having a really bad headache and that I needed to go grab some lunch because I have not eaten anything. I left for an hour went to eat and texted him to send me the requirements he needed, I gather all of the documents he requested and I went back to the dealership I get there. He made me fill a reference letter. And I gave him all of the documents. The last step was for me to get the full cover insurance. I called my insurance company and they were doing everything but I asked him one question and I said, can you please verify that once I get the insurance, everything will be good to go because I Because I do not want to spend $400 on insurance and then for you to tell me that it’s not ready. He came back and told me that his boss was working on another deal with another customer for that truck. I responded to him. I have been here since all morning and he responded to me yes but you left and I responded I went to eat and I told you and after I told you you texted me your card and I told you I’m fixing some thing just send me the requirements and I went back and gave them all they , they ran my credit 21 times they made me lose one day out of my business who is going to compensate me for my whole day, and for my credit points I had the cash in hand, and I had sent all the documents he requested to his email. I would really like to know what type of games this dealership is doing. I had agreed to all of their terms, and I had signed every paper he gave me with every quote he gave me. I lost a lot of hours there with no comfort at all and just a headache because they could never give me clear number but still at the end I signed for their quotes and I gave them everything! More
Went in and got a 2023 Toyota Tacoma and to say the least the customer service was the best. They got me in and out as quick as possible and David Aguais took really good care of me. 10 out of 10 would recom the customer service was the best.
