So they did it to me again. I got a flat tire that turned out to be not repairable. I called the dealership and from my previous experience, asked for an actual service advisor. I explained that I needed a tire replaced and wanted to know if the truck tires came with Hazard warranty. She got my info and said, that the tires on my truck had road hazard insurance. I asked her to please double check. She again said that the tire was covered. she called the parts department and was told that the tire would arrive at the dealership that evening. She then set up an appointment for the next morning at 7:00 am. I asked her a third time about the warranty and again, she confirmed. I show up at the dealership this morning and Marcus Skinner came out to work with me. Marcus is awesome. This review is not about him. Marcus tells me that the tire is not warrantied. I explained that I confirmed with Samantha 3 times. He said, well, it's not. He gave me a price. I told him it was too high, and I could get it cheaper elsewhere. Marcus was able to get the price down to a price that I could live with. So, I go to the waiting area and I see my truck parked out in the back for about an hour. As I'm coming out to ask, Marcus met me and explained that the tire was not here, and it would not get to the dealership till 1:00 pm. As I had to get to work, I asked my wife to pick me up. I'm waiting to see when/if the tire is replaced today. Here is my problem and the reason for the poor review. Why did Samantha tell me something that was not true three times. Why did the parts department commit to getting the tire in the evening and then not follow through. Once again, as I stated in my last review, TOB employees do not really care for or respect a customer's time. I'm hopeful that Marcus will make sure the tire is replaced, but disappointed that I had to write yet another negative review. More
I don’t think anybody knows what a Land Cruiser is here. My sticker says I need to get an oil change every 5k and the guy said every 10k but still continued to give me an oil change if I didn’t need it?? However my breaks are not fixed with the sound to stil continue. Riley was kind for sure, I just left really confused. Didn’t want to ask any more questions. More
