That was DISAGREEABLE, but what were we supposed to do? Go back for a few more hours??!!! We were told "Oh, it's the same thing." Then told paperwork will be emailed because it's so late in the day - 7pm. My nephew got an email 2 weeks later - not sure what it said. I, as the inadvertent OWNER still have not received anything. They don't anwer their phones, nor do they call you back, and I have been calling 3 different people for 3 weeks. This place is really SHADY!! More

It's my worst experience of buying a used car. I purchased, according to the seller’s recommendation, the Nissan Sentra 2020 is in "good condition". He said, it's good car, without problem, all ma I purchased, according to the seller’s recommendation, the Nissan Sentra 2020 is in "good condition". He said, it's good car, without problem, all maintenance was did in this dealership. Unfortunately, I did not examine it carefully, as it was already evening and dark. The next day, I saw that the rear view camera does not work, the car has dents, scratches and serious damage from below (rocker panel), which is not immediately noticeable. Also, the car doesn't have any records about dealership's maintenance in the CarFax and I had to change oil, filters and brake fluid, for which I paid at once about $350. I could not even think that I would face something like this in Toyota’s official dealer. Just run away from there. More
