I have been to dozens of car dealers and I am seasoned in car selling and car maintenance. I strive myself in helping future buyers from wasting time, and from getting played. I will tell you, this is NOT the dealership you want to get your next car from. They will attempt to take advantage of you, and those who are not as aware of their strategies. I recently visited this dealer in search of a specific car. They made sure to message me repeatedly to make sure I was showing up for my appointment, but they never took the time to ensure that the car I scheduled to look at was still available. I got to the dealership and had to wait 15+ extra minutes after my scheduled time slot for the salesman to show up even though I sent him a text message of my arrival. When he got me to the desk to discuss the car, he asked me what kind of car I was looking for, and I told him I only had one car in mind, the car I scheduled my appointment for. He informed me that the car probably got sold in the morning and is no longer available. Then he tried to ask me information to find a car that would increase the amount of money he could take home. Such as: - Asking about my car, which I had no intention of trading in with them - Asked me what monthly payment I was looking for, which for those who are not familiar with car buying is a way for them to sell you an expensive car for 6+ years of financing - Asking how much money I was willing to put down Keep in mind, I refuse to tell dealerships where my budget is, so that they cannot try to push it. Salesman tried to sell me a 2018 Nissan Rogue, which I told him I did not want at all, then he told me he will show me out the door. TLDR; If you see a car listing from them, it is just bait to get you into the store, do not waste your time on them, because they do not value it. You will see comments about my similiar experience dating way back up to now. They will never change. Hope this comment helps any future buyers, and good luck on your car buying adventure! More

Because of a misunderstanding, I did a low rating of my service at Toyota of Boerne. I now am very satisfied with the service as I got a call back from Trina Pulido, and awe worked out the problem. For one thing, being a first time using a push button starter/fob, I didn't know that the key is a blade inside the fob, lol. My daughter showed me, and then I felt silly for complaining.
