Last night I purchased a beautiful 2021 red Toyota Tacoma TSS SR5 crew cab pickup truck. Every aspect of the experience from the test drive to the negotiation, Mike was extremely patient and acted as my advocate to his Sales Manager. He was extremely patient as I went back and forth on the phone with my wife and even as I was about to walk away from the deal, he kept advocating on my behalf until he got me to where I was happy with the deal.
