I called fir five days trying to speak to a manager in Service. No calls back. Horrible customer service! Because I’m middle aged woman??? Because I’m not buying a new car??? The used car section plays “bait and switch “: advertises a car at an attractive price, and sets an appointment to view it. Doesn’t notify that “a deposit has been placed on that vehicle,” then proceeds to u a car at an attractive price, and sets an appointment to view it. Bought a Highlander last Saturday. The same evening I saw that the price of the car we bought was mentioned less on their website than what I paid. I got hold of him after 3 calls and he explained to me that they have that price in the website just to lure customers in and I was a fool who didn’t use that at the time of purchase. He disconnected my call saying he was with a customer. I left a google review mentions this and the relationship manager left a comment saying to contact her. I have been trying to contact her for the past 3 days and they are avoiding me. This has become a worst experience. As of today no one has contacted me yet and that is their customer service. More

Toyota of Boerne service department is as good as it gets. Miles Iler is one of the managers and is attentive and helpful. Marcus Skinner is one of the service representatives and he knows his business gets. Miles Iler is one of the managers and is attentive and helpful. Marcus Skinner is one of the service representatives and he knows his business and is friendly and helpful. Christian was the mechanic who worked on my Tacoma and he treated my truck like his own. He was knowledgeable and friendly as well. This service department is truly a cut above the rest. Thanks Toyota of Boerne team!! More
Attention to detail did not happen on June 7 , had oil changed and ask to repair windshield water squirter for wipers . $400.00 later was told something chewed on it. Okay but when they removed the 6 push changed and ask to repair windshield water squirter for wipers . $400.00 later was told something chewed on it. Okay but when they removed the 6 push bolts for insulation on underside of hood and only put back 2 of them. Talk about lazy and shade tree mechanic stuff is what I received. Very disappointed and waiting for a manager to call me back. More

Dealer ship is very large but, well organised. Makes you feel comfortable if need to wait while your car is being serviced. Today I had an out standing Service Advisor-Trina Pulido. My Highlan Makes you feel comfortable if need to wait while your car is being serviced. Today I had an out standing Service Advisor-Trina Pulido. My Highlander needed to have the 60k mile checkup and service. I wasn’t planning to spend $1,000+, just get an oil change. She soften the blow, and made me feel like I spent my money wisely and now the car is fully serviced and updated. Thanks More
