Absolutely horrible experience and customer service. Went to get a flat tire repaired. Then they tell me I need all new tires and rims. Which I later found out wasn't true. They quoted me $2300. Gave us a courtesy call and said there would be no charge. Actual cost ended up $2800. Plus they charged me 3% extra to use my credit card without telling me. Asked them to revise the charge and they wouldn't. So that's another extra $100. Then today we get another $200 cleaning charge for the so called courtesy vehicle. I asked to talk to the manager, Julio Rodriguez, and explained the situation, he basically told me he wouldn't do anything about those extra charges. Only reason we needed a courtesy vehicle is because it took them 4 days to do a job that should have taken one. I hope that someone in leadership or the owner reads this to understand what's going on in their organization. Really sad. Pathetic actually. I would highly recommend not giving this dysfunctional and unethical organization your business. More
