They do illegal practices. They do not tell the truth about the car loans and payments. They are only concerned with making a sale. They do not tell the truth about the car loans and payments. They are only concerned with making a sale. More
I had an amazing experience at Toyota of Boerne Vic Vaughan thanks to Adelle. I cannot recommend her enough for anyone who values transparency and thoroughness. She stayed patient and professional whil Vaughan thanks to Adelle. I cannot recommend her enough for anyone who values transparency and thoroughness. She stayed patient and professional while answering every single one of my 100s of questions, never once making me feel like I was a bother. Adelle assisted me in every step of the process, ensuring I felt confident in my purchase. It is evident that she prioritizes building lasting relationships over just making a quick sale. She truly had my best interest at heart, and I will definitely be a returning customer. Five stars for Adelle! More
DO NOT USE THIS DEALERSHIP! !! THEY USE DECEPTIVE TRADE PRACTICES. If you want a car they will bait and switch you to get you in the door and then get you into a much more expens !! THEY USE DECEPTIVE TRADE PRACTICES. If you want a car they will bait and switch you to get you in the door and then get you into a much more expensive vehicle with a crappy story. AVOID AVOID AVOID. terrible horrible dealership with shady salesmen, not the family friendly HONEST business they claim to be... OH AND THEIR better business bureau accreditation stickers are FAKE they are not accredited with either the BBB of Texas or the BBB of the hill country. But doesn't matter I filed a complaint with them. What happened to me: Husband and I totaled our only vehicle 2 days before Christmas, and as it is we are finacially tapped and our credit is crap, so we had no choice either get further into debt and go with a shady will accept any credit dealership or find a used car. Well we had been renting a car from this dealer, so we figured since that was a pretty good experience and they had used cars we could pay for in cash we would use them. Found a 2015 BMW 3 Series 328i xDrive for 2000 which we confirmed with one of their salesmen and he claimed it was on the lot. SO we said cool, we will be there as soon as you open with cash in hand. We get there, get made to wait half an hour before we are seen and then it's not by the guy we had the appointment with, it was with some other guy (pretty sure he was the first guy's assistant) and he told us there was a problem with the car title, because they got it from a canadian citizen who went back to canada before the title was transferred or something. Which is xx because that's not what the carfax (LINKED ON THEIR OWN WEBSITE) indicated, so we said fine, you have some cheaper ones, we want to look at car A and B and he proceeds to tell us, oh cars at those prices are what we call flipper specials, they don't run. But we can certainly get you into a brand new car today, I said our credit is crap we won't get approved.. he said we wanted to try (what and get another hit to my credit no thanks) I said no and started crying in frustrations, which thankfully beacked his high pressure tactics off (and also got everyone in the room looking at me, including other buyers).. he panicked and said let him see what he could do. So he comes back out 30 minutes later claiming to have a trade in from saturday that drove all the way from college station (3 hours) no problem, but "it had character" meaning it was falling apart... but it's a 98 and I actually know how to go to pick and pull and fix crap myself, and he sold it to us for about 1500 more then it was actually worth and acted like he was doing us a favor. While we were there having to pull up other cars, the listing for the car was off the site so we believed them in the moment about the car title problem (well no we didn't we figured there was like a clerical error or something and they priced it wrong and didn't want to admit it. But okay we get it they can't sell the car at that price.) ON a hunch when I got home I checked both the app and the website (with cleared cookies) and the freaking original car was back on the site... same price. THEY FREAKING BAIT AND SWITCHED US. Worse they had stickers all over claiming to be BBB accredited, and when I went to file a complaint with them, nope not accredited by ANY BBB in Texas. My fault for not checking out the one star reviews before going, but honestly we were desperate and I guess that's what they were counting on it seems, because I have spent this afternoon reading echoes of what I experienced in other one star reviews. And it took like an hour of us sitting there to process a 2200 dollar cash sale... which is RIDICULOUS. More
I want to give a shout-out to Sean DiMarco for being great to work with. He was pleasant, professional, and never pushy at any point in the process. He made everything easy and stress-free, which is har great to work with. He was pleasant, professional, and never pushy at any point in the process. He made everything easy and stress-free, which is hard to find when shopping for a car. If you’re looking for a vehicle and want someone who genuinely helps instead of pressures, ask for Sean. More
