Unethical at best. We negotiated the price of the 4Runner and made an appointment to pick it up the next morning. Upon arrival I was told that the rig I negotiated for was sold the night before(told this morning we were good). Sales person knew nothing of it and said I was t actually speaking with him, it was someone else handling his leads. Shortly after they brought me a rig they said was just a different color, price was over 4K more. Salesman and others said they can't match price because it's not apples to apples. Showed them my agreed upon price, all my communications. Nothing. Funny part you can still go on their website(a week later) and see their bare vehicle still showing. Worst dealership I've ever dealt with and unfortunately I've gone this a lot. I live here but I will drive as far as necessary to avoid all things Toyota of Boerne. More

They post bogus, too good to be true deals on Autotrader. They had us show up to the dealership and told us the vehicle had 'just sold', but there are plenty of others available. Unethical. I have yet to be disappointed with my service experience at Toyota of Boerne. I very much appreciated service advisor, John Clayton. We casually discussed what was going on with my 2004 Tacoma & did not fee at Toyota of Boerne. I very much appreciated service advisor, John Clayton. We casually discussed what was going on with my 2004 Tacoma & did not feel rushed at all. Even though the replacement fog light had to be ordered, it arrived sooner than expected. Also, the filmed vehicle report is such a great addition to visually show the customer what the service technician is seeing and “why” there’s a particular recommendation.
