I had made an appointment with another rep but when we got there, the place was packed and our rep was busy with 3 other buyers. Andrew offered to help. I found and test drove the car I wanted only to find it has just been sold. Andrew found an exact duplicate that was being shipped “soon”. Every day Andrew would send out a video and text letting me know the status! When it arrived and I came in to pick it up, we found my bank wouldn’t electronically transfer the loan check. Andrew solved this by driving to the bank separately and me being able to hand over the check and leave with my new car. Great process and Andrew was THE GOAT! Thank you! More
I bought a Certified Pre-Owned 2023 Tacoma from Vic Vaughan Toyota of Boerne and had problems from day one (07/23). Right after purchase, I found electrical buzzing, bad alignment, exposed wires, broken speakers, and more — yet it somehow passed their 160-point inspection. I brought it in for repairs, and not only were some things still broken, but new issues showed up. I later found out the audio shop they claimed to have used hadn’t even received a work order. When I confronted them, the manager (Larry Horn) was rude, dismissive, and nearly started an argument — I honestly wonder if I was treated that way because I’m a woman. Eventually, I took it to the same audio shop myself, and they found the wiring issue right away. I had to pay for it out of pocket because the dealership refused to cover it. Bottom line: poor inspection, bad communication, incomplete repairs, and unprofessional management. I wouldn’t recommend this dealership to anyone. More

My mother-in-law’s experience with Toyota of Boerne was nothing short of frustrating and unprofessional. She had to drive to the dealership twice, wasting valuable time and energy because of their deceptiv nothing short of frustrating and unprofessional. The finance team pressured her into signing documents without fully explaining important changes to the contract, causing confusion and distress. She was never properly informed about critical details that significantly affected her purchase. When she returned to the dealership to address these issues, she was told to speak directly with the director. However, the receptionist instead called the same finance manager who had originally mishandled the situation—clearly trying to avoid letting the director find out what had happened. This lack of transparency and apparent cover-up was very disappointing and unprofessional. After an extensive hassle and many phone calls, they finally resolved the problem. However, throughout the entire process, the staff were rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. Additionally, they gave her a USB drive containing another customer’s private information, which is a serious violation of privacy laws and shows gross negligence in handling sensitive data. Overall, Toyota of Boerne’s behavior reflects a lack of respect for their customers and disregard for ethical business practices. This experience has left a very negative impression, and I cannot recommend this dealership. Anyone considering doing business with them should be cautious, thoroughly review all documents, and be prepared for potential issues. More
