I went into Toyota of Borne just browsing I knew what I wanted but wasn't ready to test drive or go through the whole process on this day. I skimmed quickly in the sales lot the headed to the front. That's when I met Jeremy Salinas standing at the entrance on his crutches. I introduced myself told him what I was interested in and without hesitation he showed me the 3 2025 RAV4 XLE used vehicles I was interested in and gave me some details on them. What I loved about Jeremy was he did not pressure me into buying. He listened to my needs and made me feel comfortable in the conversation we were having. It took all of 15 mins, received Jeremys contact info and was well on my way (No Pressure). Jeremy contacted me some days later to see if I was still interested. Although nervous to start the process, Jeremy made me feel so comfortable so I went back, test drove my top 3 and left again without purchasing or any pressure. Some days later I went back picked the car I wanted, discussed my options and had to leave again. Yet again no pressure from Jeremy. I went back the next day and the car I had chosen was no longer available buuuuut Jeremy had already found me another option same style, warranty, mileage, and comps in silver my heart got warm. I knew it was for me after test driving it they way my heart felt in that drivers seat made me happy. I will say this all was in a 2.5 week span. I was not able to leave with my car that day and went on vacation the next day but Toyota was generous enough to deliver my car to my home . I am so pleased with the service that Jeremy Salinas provided me throughout the timely process. I'm sure I stressed him out . I did visit 2 other dealerships before going to Borne and everyday they called to talk about purchasing a car which did nothing but cause me stress and aniety . Jeremy was so patient with me, took his time to understand me and not once pressured me into a purchase. All while on crutches. Im just overly joyed that he was the salesman that took care of me.
