I found everyone to be friendly. They were not pushy, answered all my questions and most importantly, I did not feel pressured. As a result, I was able to make a decision and feel happy with my purchase answered all my questions and most importantly, I did not feel pressured. My experience in dealing with Bay Ridge Toyota was excellent. The moment Jason Adamson approached us we were at ease. Thanks to Adam Lika the Sales Manager there,we were able to come to an agreement on our Beautiful new Venza. We had the impression from other Toyota dealers that they were not willing to give of their time and had a bit of an attitude.The crew at Bay Ridge were the complete opposite, a real friendly atmosphere, always greeted with respect and a smile. Joel made an extra effort to speed up the service that was required to repair my Toyota Camry. I was searching for a vehicle for weeks/months, and I was trying to purchase an item without suffering from a case of buyers remorse. In short, he did work with me for some pricing reductions---not a lot in considering the margins are low single digits---but good enough where I am pleased. Adam was my PowerBroker, when my stay was approaching "overwelcomed" status he made sure to keep us in motion by reminding his subordinates we weren't finished just yet. All in all, there was consistancies and follow though with everything discussed quoted and noted. I wanted to not just buy a car but buy a car in the right place from people that were profesionally suited to make an outright purchase from. More
My husband and I bought a new '08 Highlander a few months ago and had such a professional, courteous experience that we did not hesitate to return to buy a Certified Pre-Owned '07 Camry. Once again, Adam an ago and had such a professional, courteous experience that we did not hesitate to return to buy a Certified Pre-Owned '07 Camry. Once again, Adam and his crew deligently answered all of our questions and went out of their way to make sure we understood every aspect of the sale negotiations. We did not encounter any inquiries that went unanswered and felt very comfortable with our purchase. At the end of the day we went home knowing we got a great vehicle at a great price! I had visited Toyota of Bayridge back in December but I wasn't ready to purchase at that time. I promised Chris I would come back in April which I did and recently purchased a 2009 Toyota Corolla S Model. wasn't ready to purchase at that time. The reason I came back specifically to Chris was because he had such a nice demeanor, patience and professionalism about himself that I truly enjoyed as a customer and I wanted to work specifically with him. I have purchased new and old vehicles prior to this purchase from other dealers and I have to say that this was the most easy going purchase I ever experienced. Chris and his Manager Adam Lika wanted to make sure that I was an extremely happy customer coming out of Toyota. I wanted several things done to my vehicle and they made it happen for me which I really appreciated it. They really care about their customers and it was really great dealing with both of them. When I was leaving Adam said to me "if you need anything for me to call him directly" which is always nice to hear that the relationship doesn't just end with just a purchase. I also enjoyed working with the Financial Manager Michael Schwartz as well. Michael worked extremely diligently on my purchase and also wanted to make sure that I was a happy customer at the end. I would like to thank you three and I'm sure the rest of the team is really nice but I would highly recommend working with Chris and Adam. It's always nice to work with individuals who truly care!
