From the moment I arrived, Mr. Jerry Rosario approached me, introduced himself and offered his services. His manner was professional,authentic,genuine in spirit and intention. I believed he was there to help me find the vehicle that would be just right for me; Not just trying to make any sale,at any cost. I dreaded having to deal with salesman who lack integrity- just in it for the money at any cost. I AM VERY HAPPY TO SAY MR.JERRY ROSARIO is A MAN OF INTEGRITY WITH WHOM I WILL ALWAYS HAVE A RELATIONSHIP. From answering all my questions, addressing all my concerns, taking a test drive, I choose to purchase my toyota highlander. Jerry introduced me to Juan Pagan his manager whom I was highly impressed with explaining to me how I have now become a member of the toyota family. I actually believed him. I CAN SAY THAT THIS EXPERIANCE WAS EXCELLANT AND ACTUALLY FUN. I would definitely reccommend family and friends to JERRY ROSARIO and JUAN PAGAN. More
I am depressed after my 2012 Highlander repaired by Bay Ridge Toyota, Inc. They charged new parts price in my invoice but placed back the old parts to my car. The difference is polished and painted. I found out the old scratch mark was still there. (I parked my car on my driveway, the ups accidentally did a scratch when they delivered package to me before the car accident.) My vehicle only hit a street sign not a big accident. The passenger side bumper, fender and headlamp were scratch. The paint came off only. I sent it to the above dealer for repair. Mr Michael Scarpa, the service director estimated my car $2227.88. Without bargain, i accepted the price because the guy promised to offer all new parts by Toyota to replace on my car, also he promised couple days I can picked my car and do oil changing for me. The day four, he replied, " the new parts arrived, we are waiting for your insurance to inspect the car, we found out more damage" After more than ten days, I was informed to pick up my car. After I paid $2227.88 and came home, I found out my dealer was not honest when they provided service. The replaced parts are all original parts from my vehicle. The painted job was very bad. I emailed Michael Scarpa right away, he ignored my questions in his email. So I had to went back the dealer's shop. Mr. Michael let me wait for two hours, then three more guy came. They insisted the parts were new they had nothing to do with my questioning. When my aunt who accompanied me there questioned them the old scratch mark and the pop out painting they yelled to her to shot up. Then Michael told us to wait, he said my car needs oil changing. Oil change? Didn't he promise when they repaired the body? At the end, what I had is ignorance from Bay Ridge Toyota. I am total disappointed, a worst experience in my life ! What kinds of service ! My Goodness! A big company ? More
From start to finish, this dealership is first class in regards to service, reliability and ease of sale. There were no gimmicks, no manipulations, just straight facts and bottom line prices. He was very friendly, not pushy and made me feel comfortable making such a big purchase (first financed vehicle). Mark was also great and flexible in regards to my deposit. We finally met with Mike the finance manager who worked well with Sam and Juan at keeping thier words a helping us stay within our budget. We are more than satisfied with our 2010 Ford Focus and plan on purcahsing any of our future cars from them!!!! More

I saw two cars low mileage, 2010, 2009 cars, priced at 11,990(COROLLA grey) and 10995(Civic Grey) cars o Hi Guys, JUST STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER. I saw two cars low mileage, 2010, 2009 cars, priced at 11,990(COROLLA grey) and 10995(Civic Grey) cars online and sent my interest.They called me everyday for 4 days to come and have look at the cars.I drove all the way there 5hrs(240 mi) hoping to buy any one of them.I went there on a Saturday morning, and I made sure the cars were available the day before on Friday. When I went there, I was greeted very cordially by the staff. I gave them the stock numbers of both the cars. This guy Cammy comes in and intorduces me to sales guy. The sales guy takes me round the two BIG inventory rooms and acts as if he is trying to find the car. He then says the CIVIC was sold and then searches for the Corolla. He then can't find it. He takes me back to his seat, and asks me for my ID, SSN and asks me a deposit. I was getting really annoyed. I asked him if I can see the Corolla first. He then goes around and makes me wait for an hour and he comes with someother guy and they start showning me some really NOT So good cars, which are heavily priced/Accident History Cars with very high miles on them. When I tell them I wanna see the Corolla, with the exact sotck number they told me the day before in the evening that it was availble, was sold. I come back home and then, next I see online, the car is still advertised. I show interest in the same car with my name changed to a diffrent name, with a diff phone number ....I get call from these same guys, that the car is available, "WHEN CAN YOU COME IN AND SEE THE CAR",,,THE SAME TONE, SAME GUYS.... don't read all the good reviews about these guys...which I believe are from THEM!!! STAY AWAY....FROM THESE DEALER!!! More
Having gone to other car dealers before, and having had not such a good experience you come away thinking that this is the way things are. Not so at this particular dealer. We were not "sold" anything bu not such a good experience you come away thinking that this is the way things are. Not so at this particular dealer. We were not "sold" anything but she let the process itself evolved. Sometimes this alone can be the reason that one buys a vehicle. Others of your sales force can take a page from the book of Ms. Manal. It was excellent. On our way home we could not but marvel at the way she allowed us to "buy" this vehicle. Continued success to Ms. Manal and all who helped in the process. We would not hesitate to recommend this dealer and sales person to those who are seriously looking to get a vehicle. Go Bay Ridge! FINALLY, a car dealership in Brooklyn, NY that RESPECTS their customers and gets that this is a town where people are internet savvy and do their homework online. No old-school sleazy car salesman tactics here and I must say I am completely surprised. After doing some research online, I contacted the delearship and spoke to someone other than Karmeila. But when I arrived that evening at the dealership, I met Karmeila and it was clear she was willing to offer the best deal and then some and go the extra mile to help me. Best customer service I've had when it comes to buying anything really. Karmeila and Bayridge Toyota re-instilled my faith in the car buying experience. I know, it sounds cheesy, and I never thought I would type those words. Thanks Karmeila! More
Upon entering this dealership the saleman at the door were like voltures waiting to pick my carcas apart! This was the worst experience I have ever had at a car dealership. I was there to purchase a Venza that they had listed on their web site for 23,900. When I sat down with Stan he informed me "that price is just listed to get us into the showroom". Which unless I'm an idiot is complete false advertising. I was then told there was a $995 fee for an inspection? Really an inspection on a new car? So I said if you waive the fee I will take the car. The manager agreed and the paperwork started. Upon them finding out I was paying in cash the horrible manager came back and said I can waive the fee an reniged on our deal we already finished. Then I was told "I make money from people financing not by people paying in cash"? I was so pissed at this point i grabbed my credit card and stormed out of Bay Ridge Toyota! I think the folks at corporate Toyota should investigate the way they are running their branch in Brooklyn because it is the WORST! Stan also called me later that afternoon an apologized for what happened that morning and attempted to up sell me to a better model for 25,000? I could not believe my ears! I informed him I just purchase a new Honda CRV and No Thank You Stan! More
