This is my seconed time going to this toyota. This time i was helped by raza and George, they made this experience much better for me than the first one. They worked for me the whole time, they weren't pushy was helped by raza and George, they made this experience much better for me than the first one. They worked for me the whole time, they weren't pushy and listened to what i wanted. They where more concerened about making me happy rather than me just being another sale. Even when things looked like they might not go through they went above and beyond and made it happen for me ! I truly am thankful for all the help they gave me and if it wasn't for them i highly doubt that i would of drove off with my 2011 toyota venza. After my experience there i always brag about them and i make sure people ask for them because they do right by the customer ! . More

My girlfriend and I went to Toyota to service her Matrix. She wasn't happy with her Matrix so she started looking at all the cars in the showroom. A gentleman by the name of Raza Bokhari approached us and politely asked us if "we needed help" and we said yes. He patiently showed us and explained the features and prices of all the cars we looked at. He made her feel very comfortable in making her decision. My girlfriend chose a car and Raza again, patiently, took her through the paperwork in detail. He didn't rush her or wasn't pushy about the sale at any time, which I think can be annoying from a sales person. He had a clear answer to all her questions and if she didn't understand an answer he would explain it again with no problem. Then she had to see the finance manager George Vakkou. He also made us comfortable in explaining the paperwork. They both have a great sense of humor and made us feel at home! I was so impressed with the whole experience that I brought my sister to this Toyota dealer also. Raza and George both helped my sister with her purchase of a new Toyota too. I now know where I'm going next time I get a new car, Bay Ridge Toyota! More

I called to ask to test drive a rav4 V6, and was adamant I didn't want to make the trip over unless I could test drive the car. They yes yes yes'd me. When we showed up they played the car dealer shuffle and told us they didn't have any v6s, and the dealer I spoke with on the phone didn't know the inventory. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and sat down to look at numbers. They proceeded to give me the highest quote I'd seen since starting my search, as well as the lowest offer for my trade in Toyota. Very seedy bunch. More
I called this dealership 3/1/2012 about a Certified 2008 Sienna Limited with 19k miles. I spoke with a few people before finally talking with the actual salesman, Ray Simeone. Molly seemed to be the 1st person you talk with about pre-owned before starting the process with a salesman. Ray and I had numerous phone conversations, text messages and emails about the condition of the van and the sales terms as I live 500 miles away from the dealership. I also had a conversation and email with Carl Feoli (Pre-owned Sales Manager) about the car requesting something in writing regarding our negotiated terms. I ended up agreeing to paying full price plus half the cost to repaint some serious gouges in the paint on the front bumper. The car was supposed to go to the paint shop the weekend of 3/10 but was delayed due to a damaged parking sensor and non-working 3 row power seat. Then the van was to go to the paint shop the weekend of 3/17 but there was supposedly a sudden death in Carl's family and he was out till 3/19 or 3/20. The process seemed to be going slower than I though was natural so on Monday 3/12 I asked Ray if Carl was having 2nd thoughts about selling the Van. Ray said "no, but I'll ask him". I let it rest Monday 3/19 and then texted Ray this morning, 3/20, only to be told that the van had been sold and was delivered yesterday. Ya know, the reviews for this dealership were quite mixed but I thought I'd take a chance. Some were good and I'd hoped that I'd be one of them. I have the very distinct feeling that the majority of the good reviews were written by people from the dealership. If I were not a fairly loyal Toyota customer with prior Toyota ownership and dealership experience, this would keep me from EVER buying a Toyota product EVER. Bay Ridge Toyota is a blemish of the Toyota name and should have their dealership revoked. More
Purchased my second car from this dealership in November. I still bring my car there for service commuting all the way from the end of Staten Island. As I was in the market for my second car it turns out they did a charity for someone very close to me and it really opened my eyes to the people I was dealing with. They truly deserve the oppurtunity to earn a shot at everyone's business because they give back to this who need in return. I will not purchase my future cars from anywhere other then here. bay Ridge Toyota you won my business and my heart. Thank you More
