Was a wonderful experience buying a Scion at this dealership My son was buying his first new car, we ordered a Scion FRS Red with a M/T over the phone with another salesman who took our information dealership My son was buying his first new car, we ordered a Scion FRS Red with a M/T over the phone with another salesman who took our information and deposit by credit card. When I called to check on delivery of the car I spoke to David Lau Sr. and explained what we had ordered we were told that the salesman was no longer with the company but that our car was on the way. He took all our information and stayed in touch with us concerning the cars arrival. He saved the deal and didn't waste our time he made sure he was available for us when we came in to take delivery of the car. Both Mr. Lau Sr. and Jr. were there and very cordial to myself, my wife and my son the buyer. My son was test driven in the car and when he returned we went into finance and sat down with the Finance Mgr. Jason Manos, who did a very fine job of explaining the product and all the Toyota programs as well as all the forms we were filing out. My son received a great rate on his car 2.99%, and we purchased addl. coverage in warranty and supplemental vehicle replacement cost insurance. All of this gives us all peace of mind. There was no rush or pressure, and nothing was hidden from us it was a great experience and I can tell you not all dealerships operate as professionally as Bay Ridge Toyota/Scion. Thank You More
