I've worked with other sales personnel at this location...this time I lucked out with Juan Lebron and his associate, Lester Jones. I would recommend Juan Lebron to anyone who wants to purchase or lease a car at this dealership. Both Juan and his associate Lester were very helpful; explaining every detail from A to Z. Raza and his team, including his boss Danny, their point of contact, Brian, and the financier, Jas Raza, as he had gotten great reviews on this site. I've bought cars at other dealerships where they have tried to swindle me, sell me unnecessary items and generally treated me as if I didn't know what I was doing. Raza and his team were always respectful, never pressured me into buying something I didn't want and kept to their word when we made the deal. Amazing service, I was disappointed and almost lost all my faith in Toyota since prior to coming to bay ridge toyota I went to plaza toyota and had been lied to and deceived. Sales manager Juan Lebron and my faith in Toyota since prior to coming to bay ridge toyota I went to plaza toyota and had been lied to and deceived. Sales manager Juan Lebron and associate Lester Jones did everything they could to regain my trust, they gave me a better offer right from the beginning and made sure I understood all the details and did not leave with any questions that were not answered. They kept in constant contact with me while my car was being brought in, they prepared every detail for me and had everything ready for a fast purchase. I left with a big smile on my face, a car and a price even lower then I expected. I recommend this dealership 100%, especially Juan Lebron, and Lester Jones. In not so many words, I recently came in to inquire about a currently financed car from them, and at the end of the day, I walked out with a BRAND NEW 2013 Toyota Camry SE (1st one delivered), with very minimal changes to my current deal (2009 Camry LE). Not only was Ali very helpful in working with me to choose the right model, and specs I wanted, but then what helped the final decision was some talking to with Anthony Nespoli. As we got close to closing this deal, Danny Chan stepped in to help out, and not only remembered me, but my family, and truly helped make this deal come to fruition. Finally at the tome of signing, Freddy Velez worked with me, and the with rest of the team, this process was not only easy to walk through, but made a little easier on my pocket. All in all, soup to nuts, I came in for servicing on a Sun, and drove home COMPLETELY satisfied on Tue with a brand new car. For me, words are not enough to describe the courteousness, friendliness, respect, and service I received from the whole team.
