I moved to NY State a few months ago(167 miles from Newton), but came all the way back to Newton to buy my 2nd car from this awesome dealership. My husband and I have purchased a Highlander and a Tacoma from your dealership in 2005. And ever since then, whenever I have the slightest problem, Chris Montalbano has helped me tremendously. And once again, yesterday, 12-9-10, Chris has proven to be the best Auto Service Advisor I have ever had at any dealership. I had a recall for the brake master cylinder. But also a problem with my lighter. The last time Chris took care of me, I brought in my Tacoma. I had a problem with my windshield wipers. I always have quick service, (I rarely get the chance to finish reading my magazine), Chris is always, always as sweet as could be, always ready to explain in great detail, what is going on with my vehicles. I never, ever have to go back for the same thing twice, something that is a frequent problem at other dealerships in my experience. I have had oil changes, tire rotations, problem with one of my batteries, windshield wipers, etc. And all the while Chris Montalbano has been my Toyota Advisor I could always count on. I went to Toyota looking to trade my car in, but found out that it wasn't worth enough to trade it in. My father and I were going to walk out without a new car and just come back in a few months, but the out that it wasn't worth enough to trade it in. My father and I were going to walk out without a new car and just come back in a few months, but then Vinny sent out his GM Jerry and he said, "Why didn't you tell me you just graduated from college?" and I in return said, "You never asked." So I was able to walk away with a 2010 Corolla S that night by being a college graduate. It is a great incentive knowing that they have a sign and drive deal for college graduates right now. All of my service was done there because I knew I could count on them for honest service. They go out of there way to accomodate work schedules and VALUE their customers. What more can one ask for ? I have been a loyal Toyota customer for over 30 years. I had dealt with 3 other dealerships prior to Newton. My experiences there were not the same. We have purchased our last vehicles from Betsy Marrero. Betsy goes out of her way to provide 150% service. She could not have done more to be of help.If Toyota is giving out awards for outstanding salesmanship, Betsy should be at the top of their list.When folks at work admire my new Highlander I refer them to Betsy and Newton Toyota. I highly recommend this dealership and am grateful for all that they have done through the years to provide peace of mind when it comes to my car.
