We came in to trade in my daughter's Ford Escape and get a used Toyota. We picked a 2009 RAV4. We even were able to negotiate the warranty on the vehicle and overall my daughter feels much safer in a Toyota than a Ford any day. Ford is exactly what it stands for - FORD (fix or repair daily) or (found on road dead). I recommended Toyota any day and the service staff are wonderful. I am always greeted by friendly staff and don't wait around for hours before someone asks if we need some help like Ford did. Toyota is rated #1 in my book and am going to buy my other daughter a new Toyota because I want her to be safe. This is Toyota #7 and my sisters only buy Toyota's as well. Go Toyota!!!!! More

This was an unbelievable experience with Joe and Betsy. They could not have been more helpful. I have bought new cars before but have never been given this kind of treatment. Betsy even called my insurance They could not have been more helpful. I have bought new cars before but have never been given this kind of treatment. Betsy even called my insurance company and had the switch taken over(I was trading in my 2007 Toyota for a 2011) which I have usually done myself the next day. She even went outside herself and took my plates off. I would recommend anyone that wanted to buy a Toyota to go to this particular establishment and ask for Betsy. Excellent, excellent service!! This is the second Toyota I have purchased from Betsy and both purchases couldn't have been more pleasurable. I was a die hard Ford fan for all my life and it took awhile for me to warm up to Toyota and now both purchases couldn't have been more pleasurable. I love my new Tundra and the little things that the dealer provides makes the difference to me. I like the drive in for service without an appointment. Two years worth of service!! and rides to and from my work while the vehicle is being serviced. Those little things mean just to me as the purchase does. A lot of the other dealers have forgot that. I also like the no pressure approach to the deal. I need to move a my pace and Betsy was glad to let me make the decisions and not pressure me in anyway. I'll be back again, Thanks Betsy More

I moved to NY State a few months ago(167 miles from Newton), but came all the way back to Newton to buy my 2nd car from this awesome dealership.
