My experience was very good. Everyone there was curtious and kind. They approached and then gave time to be left alone to browse which is always a plus. No one likes a sales guy up their butt. I was not pushed which was appreciated. John followed up in a very reasonable amount of time. He was truely the best sales guy I have ever dealt with. More people should take his approach. John did research on what I wanted and found me the most perfect Tundra I could of ever imagined. I have already informed people of my excellent experience at Toyota in Newton. More

I was in the market for a quality used car and I got just what I was looking for at Toyota World in Newton. I had a Toyata with 200,000 miles and figured it was time for me to get myself a newer set of whee what I was looking for at Toyota World in Newton. I had a Toyata with 200,000 miles and figured it was time for me to get myself a newer set of wheels. As my higher milage Toyata still ran just fine, I felt very comfortable getting a newer Toyota. Ray and Jay were very helpful in my buying process. I told them they type of vehicle I was looking for with regards to features, style and milage. They did not have anything in stock during my first visit, but I still test drove a few vehicles to check them out. I was called about a week later and informed they had the perfect vehicle for me. They were right. I came in test drove the vehicle and knew it was perfect for me. The dealership treated me with respect throughout the entire process and they took care of all the details to get me driving my new vehicle the same day. The service department at the new Toyota World facility also looked great and gave me more confidence in the dealership. I have had my new vehicle now for a few weeks and I thank Ray and Jay for finding me the right vehicle at the right price. I gave my old Toyota to my son, confident that he has a quality safe and reliable vehicle. I will certainly shop and recommend Toyota World of Newton in the future whenever I, or any friends of mine, need a new vehicle. More
