I had been looking for a month when I realized I hadn't driven a Toyota. I went in with little hope of getting a new vehicle. Anyone looking for a pleasant car sales experience should go see Jerry as he was honest, kind, and helped me every step of the way. He offered me exactly what my trade-in was worth and spent the time necessary negotiating a price on the vehicle I wanted at a price I could afford... all with a smile. He was honest the entire time and incredibly helpful. I could not have had a better car buying experience if I tried. EVERYONE should go see Dan and Jerry. My experience was very good. Everyone there was curtious and kind. They approached and then gave time to be left alone to browse which is always a plus. No one likes a sales guy up their butt. I was in the market for a quality used car and I got just what I was looking for at Toyota World in Newton. I had a Toyata with 200,000 miles and figured it was time for me to get myself a newer set of whee what I was looking for at Toyota World in Newton. Ray and Jay were very helpful in my buying process. I told them they type of vehicle I was looking for with regards to features, style and milage. They did not have anything in stock during my first visit, but I still test drove a few vehicles to check them out. I was called about a week later and informed they had the perfect vehicle for me. They were right. I came in test drove the vehicle and knew it was perfect for me. The dealership treated me with respect throughout the entire process and they took care of all the details to get me driving my new vehicle the same day. The service department at the new Toyota World facility also looked great and gave me more confidence in the dealership. I have had my new vehicle now for a few weeks and I thank Ray and Jay for finding me the right vehicle at the right price.
