There is no way that I can recommend this dealership to anyone, as I believe my husband and I were treated very poorly. I placed an order for a Venza with specific equipment ..the vehicle was delivered to me in 1 1/2 days just as ordered! Price was lower than I expected!! I have been doing business with ToyotaWorld in Newton, NJ since 1993. At that time, it was known as Condit Toyota. I have always believed anyone can sell me a car, but it is the customer service I receive du since 1993. At that time, it was known as Condit Toyota. I have always believed anyone can sell me a car, but it is the customer service I receive during the sale and especially AFTER the sale that counts. My Sales Consultant, Mike Yodice just sold me my fourth Avalon 2011. (I have also previously owned a Camry and 4Runner.) I first met Mike 19 years ago when I purchased my first Toyota. I keep returning to him because he is honest, friendly and truly looks after my needs. My husband and I are residents of Florida. However, because of the outstanding service we receive at ToyotaWorld, we always return to New Jersey when it's time for a new Toyota. Mike takes care of all the necessary paperwork, phone calls and transfers resulting in a smooth transition to our new Avalon. At delivery, Mike took his time explaining the new "Touch Screen" features and made sure all our questions were answered before we left. Mention must also be made of the Service Department and especially Dave Aroune, the Service Manager whom I have also known for 19 years. Dave greeted me when I entered and always finds time to say hello. Over the years, he and his department have taken excellent care of my cars and I have no doubt that will continue. The business end of the transaction was taken care of by Charlie Centanni, Business Manager. This was my first interaction with Charlie and he was very friendly, extremely helpful and had all the necessary documents ready for signing. Finally, I would like to thank Chris Dexter, the General Manager whom I have known since 1993. No matter how busy Chris is, he always waves and says hello. I have recommended this Toyota Dealer to all my friends over the years. You will find TownWorld of Newton friendly, fair and honest from the moment you purchase your car to everytime you have to service your vehicle. More

We had dealt with this dealership for our last vehicle - a 2005 Camry LE. Even though this dealership is 40 miles from our home, we wanted to deal with them because they had worked with us in 2005. However, our Camry had high mileage and an unknown negative Car Facts. We were upset b/c the difference between what we felt the car was worth and what was available was too far apart. However, the Manager, Ralph, offered to work with us. We agreed upon a compromise and we were able to leave that evening with a lease on a 2011 Camry LE. We appreciate everyone's assistance!! We came in to trade in my daughter's Ford Escape and get a used Toyota. We picked a 2009 RAV4. I was able to negotiate the price a bit because I have been a long-time customer and bought all my cars from a used Toyota. We picked a 2009 RAV4. We even were able to negotiate the warranty on the vehicle and overall my daughter feels much safer in a Toyota than a Ford any day. Ford is exactly what it stands for - FORD (fix or repair daily) or (found on road dead). I recommended Toyota any day and the service staff are wonderful. I am always greeted by friendly staff and don't wait around for hours before someone asks if we need some help like Ford did. Toyota is rated #1 in my book and am going to buy my other daughter a new Toyota because I want her to be safe. This is Toyota #7 and my sisters only buy Toyota's as well. Go Toyota!!!!! More
This was an unbelievable experience with Joe and Betsy. They could not have been more helpful. I have bought new cars before but have never been given this kind of treatment. Betsy even called my insurance They could not have been more helpful. I have bought new cars before but have never been given this kind of treatment. Betsy even called my insurance company and had the switch taken over(I was trading in my 2007 Toyota for a 2011) which I have usually done myself the next day. She even went outside herself and took my plates off. I would recommend anyone that wanted to buy a Toyota to go to this particular establishment and ask for Betsy. Excellent, excellent service!! More
