BUYER Beware! This dealership cannot be trusted! We put down a $500.00 deposit on a used Tundra....we worked out the deal on a Saturday afternoon with Ray (our salesman) and Tommy, the supposed manager. We planned to pick the truck up the following week....we had daily conversations with the sales department.....but my husband had to take a 2 day trip to Boston. Therefore, we told our salesman that we would be there on Friday with the cash and we would finance the rest. Well, on Friday morning my husband called the dealer to tell them he was on his way....but, guess what! Another salesman had sold the car to another customer, when our salesman was off for the day!!! Of course, Tommy, "the manager" said he tried to call Ray who never answered his phone....he couldn't find our check because Ray's desk was locked.....one excuse after another...so he allowed the truck to be sold to someone else. To make a long story short, I called Toyota Corporate because no one at the dealer seemed to know what happened to my 500.00 check! Toyota called Terry, Customer Relations, at Newton Toyota, and she, apologetically, contacted me. Apparently, she dug through the garbage and found my shredded check....she offered to help us find another truck and turned me over to the real Manager who's name is Chris! Chris contacted me once to offer us a truck thousands of dollars more than he knew we wanted to spend! That was the last I heard from them.....and we have since bought another truck. THE WORST DEALER EVER!!!! More
I could not be happier with this Dealership.The rear I could not be happier with this Dealership.The rear hubcap cracked on our Prius at 12,800 miles. Anycase I went to dealership to show them, never questioned me if i hit something.Ordered a new hubcap under warranty, received message it came in. We went to dealership Sunday morning with no appointment, they were busy, the Service mgr Dave Aroune took our car into shop and replaced it himself. After he was done he went back to cleaning the garage floor with the Zamboni. Must say we were impressed. Because of the staff at this dealership we keep coming back, and we will tell others. They charged me over $800 for fixing height of vehicle (was too high from rear), wasted whole day and problem got even worse. I had to go back again same day and now they are asking for another $1500. Me (was too high from rear), wasted whole day and problem got even worse. I had to go back again same day and now they are asking for another $1500. Mechanics are working on hit and trial basis. Service dept. is absolutely incompetent and unreliable. I am lodging a complaint with better business bureau, Toyota company, and consumer protection agency. More
Was interested in purchasing a new 2012 4runner. They had no 4runners on the lot, but did find one locally that could sell me. It wasn’t exactly what I was looking for, but was close enough, if they could ma no 4runners on the lot, but did find one locally that could sell me. It wasn’t exactly what I was looking for, but was close enough, if they could make a good deal. They kept coming back with numbers and I had told them I could only do a certain payment a month. Finally they came down to a price per month that worked and we were going to make a deal until my daughter joked with the salesman about her job as a loan officer for the government and the Sales Manager said, "I don't really care where you work". With that we got up and walked out. He was rude and thought he was obviously "better" than us. Horrible customer service!! The salesman was wonderful, very kind, and the place is beautiful, but the Manager was rude and nasty. I will be going to another Toyota dealer from now on to buy new vehicles. They also lost my business for any servicing at this point. It's sad and unreal how Mangers think they can treat and talk to the general public. More

This is the THIRD time that I have come to this dealership. We leased a 2010 RAV$, and financed both a 2004 RAV4 and a 2012 Corolla. Mike Yodice is definitely the BEST salesman I have ever dealt with. I have leased/financed at least 20 vehicles over the course of time for myself as well as my children and mom. The experience at Toyota World of Newton is by far the best. Gary was extremely instrumental in helping me this last time around. These guys are great! I would recommend them to anyone. If this had been the case I would have taken off like the Road Runner. Betsy is the type of sales person I enjoy dealing with. This was my second visit to see if I wanted to purchase a car. The first time I was undecided about the type. This time I knew I wanted to purchase a Camry. The reason for two good ratings had to do with the price I received for my BMW. I was hoping for a little more. The second good was after I got the car home I realized I had hub caps on the tires. I never checked to see if the car had Alloy wheels. All the people I came in contact with were extremely courteous. More

Steven is very personable, kind and instills a confidence of trust and intergrity. He has a personality and quality about him that made my husband very confortable and me very comfortable. He is able to relate to people no matter who they are or what gender they are. We actually ended up buying 2 cars from Steven in the same month because he treated us so well. It was one the most pleasant car buying experiences I have had. After the test drive, Moon and I talked numbers and without any hassles we settled on a deal. I don't expect dealerships to give away trucks at cost and at the same time I don't like playing games with trade in values and getting ripped off. None of this happened and I was impressed with the whole transaction. In closing I highly recommend this dealership. More
