It is unfortunate that it appears that this reviewer did not receive the treatment that our customers have come to expect. We did reach out to this reviewer and explained that although we always try to exceed our customer's expectations, sometimes we do fall short. Although the reviewer did purchase elsewhere, we sincerely apologized and asked for the opportunity to rectify their negative experience. Unfortunately, this reviewer did not respond. We wish this reviewer the best of luck with their new vehicle and hope that in the future they would consider giving us the opportunity to better serve them. We certainly value all of our customers and hope that our entire organization would not be judged as a result of one incident but as a result of our overall treatment of customers as evidenced by our positive reviews in the past.
