I've been trying to lease a car for a while now, but was continuously denied because of my lack of credit history. When I first went to this dealership in April I wasn't too thrilled with my experience was continuously denied because of my lack of credit history. When I first went to this dealership in April I wasn't too thrilled with my experience and ended up leaving without a car. A couple weeks later a woman named Catelyn called to see if I had any luck finding a vehicle, and after she had left a few messages I got back in touch with her. The people working there were different than those who I had dealt with in April, and that is a very good thing! This time when I went back I got Sheena Watkins, and she is an amazing sales person! I was so happy with her and she really made me feel like she was trying to help me get into my first car, and she did!! They worked with my lack of credit history and helped me get into a really great car. The manager, Bob, was also very nice and helpful, as well as the man who works in financing, Omar. They really helped make my first experience with a dealership a good one, and overall, I would definitely recommend this Toyota dealership. They'll definitely try their best to get you into a good car and I will be back for my next vehicle! More
After a very bad experience with another dealership this operation presented a straightforward negotiating process. We were able to identify exactly the car we wanted. A price was reached that matched their internet offer to the dollar. We got the features we wanted and nothing extra. When we came to pick up the car, our salesman and the general manager made a point of working toward a long term relationship. Plainly when you negotiate a deal that involves $20,000 or more there is always a requirement to be careful about what goes in to the contract and what might be missing. With this dealership, our experience reflected a system where there is no bait-and-switch, no word games to sneak in extras. The contract was done just right. This dealer makes its money with a document fee, a fee related to marking glass, a per-unit payment from Toyota, and the difference between "invoice" and actual "cost." They need to make money like anybody else and these guys did nothing unethical. We recommend them. Do your research and you can work with them. More
I went to Toyota World in search o a used Tundra. I was introduced to Lou Cosco who showed me a few Tundras that were out of my price range. Lou said that a 2002 Dodge Ram 1500 in my price range was on th introduced to Lou Cosco who showed me a few Tundras that were out of my price range. Lou said that a 2002 Dodge Ram 1500 in my price range was on the lot earlier in the day but was moved to a different dealership but he took my number and said he would call if a truck in my price range came in. By the time I got home, Lou had called and said they were bringing the Ram back if I wanted to look at it. I went back and it was perfect. A test drive revealed some mechanical issues and after negotiating an acceptable price with Wesley Mancias, I agreed to buy it if repairs were made. They immediately took the truck into service and in 2 days they addressed and repaired all of the issues plus a few more that they had discovered while doing so and I drove away in new to me truck. From start to finish, they addressed my every need and kept their word on anything that they said. They were all very professional and friendly and I felt that they had my best interests in mind during the whole process. I would like to thank Lou Cosco, Wesley Mancias and Bob Leonard for making this a painless and enjoyable experience for me. I will definitely recommend this dealership to friends for either a new or used car purchase. More
John was great! I wasn't sure if I was going to lease a new vehicle or purchase my leased vehicle. John presented me with a few options and helped to facilitate a deal that worked for me. Terrible experience!! Would NOT honor ads they had advertised on THEIR website!! Called the manager to try & figure out the distasteful situation considering we were trading in our current corolla & p advertised on THEIR website!! The manager Bob didn't even have the decency to return my call. Went in from the get go telling them where we wanted our payments before even showing them the ads. They couldn't achieve it, but was majorly turned off when they wouldn't honor their advertised specials. The one sales person said "he's heard of this happening before". To top it off the brand new salesman actually called me, then texted me a recommendation of ANOTHER dealership!!! Sad, sad, sad. Happily Towne Toyota in Ledgewood said they would honor Newton's ad. But, luckily for us Sussex Honda got us in a brand new civic where we asked for the payments all along. NO HASSLE, NO BS!!! Can't wait to pay off my sienna & go back to Honda OR Towne Toyota @ very least. I'd AVOID this dealership at ALL costs & I will be SURE to spread that word. DISGUSTING!!!! More

He was courteous and considerate at all times and was good listener . This resulted in a non-pressure type of buying experience. John worked with me to arrive at a fair price and after the sale provided a detailed overview of the service area of Toyota World of Newton. I would send a friend to John for assistance in buying a Toyota. My only negative in the experience was the length of time it took to complete the transaction. I later learned that this was the result of an unexpected shortage of an critical employee position due to an unanticipated resignation. This is the reason I gave a "4" rating to the overall experience. Pricewise I think what I paid for the vehicle (incl. trade-in) was fair but not superb. More
