Maybe production in Japan is slow; the color I wanted was not available. I test drove 2 different vehicles. One with a color I would later choose. Then thought that perhaps the one I picked was probably b not available. I test drove 2 different vehicles. One with a color I would later choose. Then thought that perhaps the one I picked was probably better suited for me. Betsy took my hand (figuratively speaking) and led me down this complex path of decision making. No, I was not pushed or pulled but thoughtfully,kindly guided past my uneasiness. Time consuming traveling to get to a dealer one wants to make the right decision. One of life's important decisons was easier to make with Betsy's down to earth business attitude. Try it you'll like it. More

I have been going to this Dealership for the past 8 years for my Toyota service. I was very pleased with them so when I needed a new car my first choice was Toyota World of Newton. The sales personnel were for my Toyota service. I was very pleased with them so when I needed a new car my first choice was Toyota World of Newton. This dealership does not value its customers and tries to scam them right from the beginning. Their service doesn't fix the problem and the GM and Serv Mgr are the most rude people I have encountered in any scam them right from the beginning. I've owned 12 toyotas in my life. This will be my last because of this dealership. Quite honestly I dont think I could find a single nice thing to say about this group. Every single individual I encoun because of this dealership. Quite honestly I dont think I could find a single nice thing to say about this group. Every single individual I encountered showed less respect than the person before them all the way up to the General Manager of the facility. dont get me wrong, if you're an employee there you're probably happy since the environment is pretty much designed to cover the backs of inappropriate behavior by employees. It was lip service right from the technician to the General Manager who when told that this behavior would result in a call to the Better Business Bureau responded with "you can call President Obama for all I care." Now, who wouldnt want to spend money with an organization run by such a classy guy. So, after hearing two separate reasons for a mechanical problem (it changed when they were informed that a Toyota Dealer has serviced the vehicle before)and waiting three hours, they decided they didnt like being questioned and refused to service the vehcile, even is paid for. According to the GM "I can do that -- I dont ahve to answer to anyone." This guy is a real dream, right? So, if you want to spend considerable money on a vehiclee and then expect to be talked to like you dont matter, then I completely recommend this place. However, if you want to avoid an environment of finding loopholes to avoid responsibility and a thug-like mentality and vocabulary I would suggest avoiding this place at all costs. More

BUYER Beware! This dealership cannot be trusted! We put down a $500.00 deposit on a used Tundra....we worked out the deal on a Saturday afternoon with Ray (our salesman) and Tommy, the supposed manager. We down a $500.00 deposit on a used Tundra....we worked out the deal on a Saturday afternoon with Ray (our salesman) and Tommy, the supposed manager. We planned to pick the truck up the following week....we had daily conversations with the sales department.....but my husband had to take a 2 day trip to Boston. Therefore, we told our salesman that we would be there on Friday with the cash and we would finance the rest. Well, on Friday morning my husband called the dealer to tell them he was on his way....but, guess what! Another salesman had sold the car to another customer, when our salesman was off for the day!!! Of course, Tommy, "the manager" said he tried to call Ray who never answered his phone....he couldn't find our check because Ray's desk was locked.....one excuse after another...so he allowed the truck to be sold to someone else. To make a long story short, I called Toyota Corporate because no one at the dealer seemed to know what happened to my 500.00 check! Toyota called Terry, Customer Relations, at Newton Toyota, and she, apologetically, contacted me. Apparently, she dug through the garbage and found my shredded check....she offered to help us find another truck and turned me over to the real Manager who's name is Chris! Chris contacted me once to offer us a truck thousands of dollars more than he knew we wanted to spend! That was the last I heard from them.....and we have since bought another truck. THE WORST DEALER EVER!!!! More

I could not be happier with this Dealership.The rear I could not be happier with this Dealership.The rear hubcap cracked on our Prius at 12,800 miles. Honestly don't know if debris kicked up and cracked I could not be happier with this Dealership.The rear hubcap cracked on our Prius at 12,800 miles. Anycase I went to dealership to show them, never questioned me if i hit something.Ordered a new hubcap under warranty, received message it came in. We went to dealership Sunday morning with no appointment, they were busy, the Service mgr Dave Aroune took our car into shop and replaced it himself. After he was done he went back to cleaning the garage floor with the Zamboni. Must say we were impressed. Because of the staff at this dealership we keep coming back, and we will tell others. They charged me over $800 for fixing height of vehicle (was too high from rear), wasted whole day and problem got even worse. I had to go back again same day and now they are asking for another $1500. Me (was too high from rear), wasted whole day and problem got even worse. Was interested in purchasing a new 2012 4runner. They had no 4runners on the lot, but did find one locally that could sell me. It wasn’t exactly what I was looking for, but was close enough, if they could ma no 4runners on the lot, but did find one locally that could sell me. It wasn’t exactly what I was looking for, but was close enough, if they could make a good deal. They kept coming back with numbers and I had told them I could only do a certain payment a month. Finally they came down to a price per month that worked and we were going to make a deal until my daughter joked with the salesman about her job as a loan officer for the government and the Sales Manager said, "I don't really care where you work". With that we got up and walked out. He was rude and thought he was obviously "better" than us. Horrible customer service!! The salesman was wonderful, very kind, and the place is beautiful, but the Manager was rude and nasty. I will be going to another Toyota dealer from now on to buy new vehicles. They also lost my business for any servicing at this point. It's sad and unreal how Mangers think they can treat and talk to the general public. More
