I can't say enough positive things about your salesperson Mike Yodice! Mike realizes how to listen to customers, to find the perfect vehicle. Even though I was looking for an economy vehicle, Mik salesperson Mike Yodice! Mike realizes how to listen to customers, to find the perfect vehicle. Even though I was looking for an economy vehicle, Mike took the time, to find the exact car I needed. No pushy tactics, no switching of the numbers he quoted me from the beginning and took his time with every question and concern I had. i also would like to thank his sales manager, Bob Leonard for keeping his word on the price of my trade. I had been to other local Toyota dealers and had to fight my way into their "rundown" showrooms, after being heckled by a half a dozen salespeople hanging around the smoking lounge outside their entrances. This showroom and customer lounge is immaculate, like walking into a resort in Aspen! There are "No" crowds of hoodlums badgering you as you walk into ToyotaWorld, yet I was greeted in a friendly, low key approach and asked "How may I be helped"! To the owners of ToyotaWorld, you have a magnificent team, or friendly, professional staff, who can make you feel at home, with great customer service, like your sales professional, Mike Yodice! I will definitely be back to service my new Yaris with you and tell all my friends and family, about this unique, friendly dealership! Thank You! More
When I originally went to the dealership it was to fix my car at the Service Department which I had purchased from this dealership. Unfortunately my car had problems where I decided that I would have to get car at the Service Department which I had purchased from this dealership. Unfortunately my car had problems where I decided that I would have to get another car. I was upset that I had to say goodbye to my car. My household had purchased 4 cars from this dealership and was in the process of purchasing the 5th. Chris Young greeted us on the lot and turned out I was his first customer on his first day. He was sympathetic with my dilemma and understood my situation. He did everything in his power to make it as smooth as possible. There were a few bumps beyond his control with my trade in of my car which caused distress. We were on the lot all day trying to find something that I wanted. Chris was working with one Manager that I don't recall who that was that really couldn't make me happy with my trade in. Later in the day I encountered Wesley Mancias; who noticed I was upset with something and came and sat with us to discuss with us why we were upset. I explained to Wesley my concerns and he understood why I was upset. he immediately said he would fix my problem with the trade in and we came to an understanding that we agreed upon. He instantly fixed what was upsetting me and continued the purchase of my new car. I started out very emotional about the situation of having to buy a new car. Chris and Wesley did ease my mind. i would recommend them to my friends. Toyota reputation speaks for itself; but Wesley is an asset as a Manager. More

I've been trying to lease a car for a while now, but was continuously denied because of my lack of credit history. When I first went to this dealership in April I wasn't too thrilled with my experience was continuously denied because of my lack of credit history. When I first went to this dealership in April I wasn't too thrilled with my experience and ended up leaving without a car. A couple weeks later a woman named Catelyn called to see if I had any luck finding a vehicle, and after she had left a few messages I got back in touch with her. The people working there were different than those who I had dealt with in April, and that is a very good thing! This time when I went back I got Sheena Watkins, and she is an amazing sales person! I was so happy with her and she really made me feel like she was trying to help me get into my first car, and she did!! They worked with my lack of credit history and helped me get into a really great car. The manager, Bob, was also very nice and helpful, as well as the man who works in financing, Omar. They really helped make my first experience with a dealership a good one, and overall, I would definitely recommend this Toyota dealership. They'll definitely try their best to get you into a good car and I will be back for my next vehicle! More
After a very bad experience with another dealership this operation presented a straightforward negotiating process. We were able to identify exactly the car we wanted. A price was reached that matched their internet offer to the dollar. We got the features we wanted and nothing extra. When we came to pick up the car, our salesman and the general manager made a point of working toward a long term relationship. Plainly when you negotiate a deal that involves $20,000 or more there is always a requirement to be careful about what goes in to the contract and what might be missing. With this dealership, our experience reflected a system where there is no bait-and-switch, no word games to sneak in extras. The contract was done just right. This dealer makes its money with a document fee, a fee related to marking glass, a per-unit payment from Toyota, and the difference between "invoice" and actual "cost." They need to make money like anybody else and these guys did nothing unethical. We recommend them. Do your research and you can work with them. More
I went to Toyota World in search o a used Tundra. I was introduced to Lou Cosco who showed me a few Tundras that were out of my price range. Lou said that a 2002 Dodge Ram 1500 in my price range was on th introduced to Lou Cosco who showed me a few Tundras that were out of my price range. Lou said that a 2002 Dodge Ram 1500 in my price range was on the lot earlier in the day but was moved to a different dealership but he took my number and said he would call if a truck in my price range came in. By the time I got home, Lou had called and said they were bringing the Ram back if I wanted to look at it. I went back and it was perfect. A test drive revealed some mechanical issues and after negotiating an acceptable price with Wesley Mancias, I agreed to buy it if repairs were made. They immediately took the truck into service and in 2 days they addressed and repaired all of the issues plus a few more that they had discovered while doing so and I drove away in new to me truck. From start to finish, they addressed my every need and kept their word on anything that they said. They were all very professional and friendly and I felt that they had my best interests in mind during the whole process. I would like to thank Lou Cosco, Wesley Mancias and Bob Leonard for making this a painless and enjoyable experience for me. I will definitely recommend this dealership to friends for either a new or used car purchase. More
